The Haven is located inside of The District Wellness Collective in the Essex Guardian Plaza. We are very excited to be Essex’s first warm / hot yoga studio ! We offer a variety of classes such as Yin , Slow Flow, Vinyasa and Restorative. All of our classes are for everyBody and are all levels regardless of experience, knowledge or flexibility!

We provide all necessary props and mats that may be needed however feel free to bring your own if you so wish.
